A blended-learning approach helps organizations to converge performance management with learning management to gain significantly better results. Cornerstone begins by conducting a front-end analysis to:

Cornerstone works to convert instructor-led training curriculum to blended-learning curriculum to:
· Provide learners with instructor-led training that is foundational, principle-based and solid
· Create web-based courses and online learner conferences that build on classroom training & drive key performance skills and goals
· Incorporate topics, objectives and learning interactions that increase engagement
Learning audiences vary by industry and have unique needs. Our approach helps each audience to:
· Identify learner needs based on audiences like Christian counseling ministries, corporations, small businesses and government entities
· Create scenario, decision, or information based courses to maximize learning and application
· Strengthen continuing education for audiences after attendance of seminars, workshops, conferences and speaking engagements |
