Purpose Cornerstone Instructional Designs specializes in creating applied learning solutions for corporate teams, Christian Counseling ministries, small businesses and government entities. Our instructor-led, web-based or blended learning solutions fit your organizations immediate and long-term needs. Founder Veleria Farris, founder of Cornerstone Instructional Designs, has successfully designed eLearning materials and executed training strategies for corporate, ministerial and government organizations. Her work in Fortune 100 call centers has resulted in the creation of content that is immediately applicable, measurable and that has sustainable results. Veleria’s recent work as an Enterprise Account Director with an eLearning corporation has increased her commitment to providing bottom-line results to executives who invest in learning solutions, including Learning Management Solution implementation and program measurement.
Veleria is also enrolled in the Lay Counseling Ministry training program at First Baptist Atlanta. She has a desire to see Christian Counseling ministries and Christian Education departments thrive from executing solid learning strategies just as their corporate counterparts do. |
